About CacheCrack

CacheCrack is a set of puzzle-solving tools for geocachers and anyone who likes codes and ciphers. Paste in the text from a mystery cache, pick a tool, and see the result as you type.

What it does

Right now CacheCrack can solve and create Caesar, ROT13, Atbash, Vigenère and Baconian ciphers, and it can convert Morse code, A1Z26 letter numbers, Base64, hexadecimal and binary. The letter frequency tool helps you figure out what kind of cipher you are looking at.

Coordinate tools, a formula solver for puzzle caches, image tools for hidden messages, and saved case files for each puzzle are on the way.

Works without signal

Everything runs on your own device. Open cachecrack.com once with a connection and it keeps working offline, which helps when you are standing at ground zero with one bar. You can also add it to your home screen.

CacheCrack is made by Cicada Productions LLC in Michigan, the team behind the Cicada Challenge puzzle hunts and the REBUSTED puzzle game.
