Does it work without a signal?

Yes. Open cachecrack.com once with a connection and wait for “Works offline” to appear at the bottom of the page. After that it opens and works with no signal.

How do I put it on my home screen?

On iPhone, open cachecrack.com in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome and tap “Add to home screen” at the bottom of the page, or use the menu.

Is my puzzle text sent anywhere?

No. Every tool runs on your device. See the privacy policy for details.

Why does Caesar show a list?

When “Try all shifts” is on, CacheCrack tries all 25 shifts and puts the one that looks most like English at the top. Turn it off to use one specific shift.

Can you add a tool for this?

Probably. Email us with an example puzzle and we will look at it.
